How was the holiday season for you?
If you’re anything like me, the end of December is a time for reflection and serious planning for the year ahead. Of course, doing this throughout the year is important, but for me January 1 is the reset button. The start of a new chapter of an old book.
You will often hear me talk about the importance of goals and share strategies to achieving them. Do you know what you want to accomplish this year?
The thing is though, that I’ve also noticed that achieving to these goals that we set is challenging. I stopped doing the New Year’s resolution thing a long time ago for so many reasons BUT I really wanted to know why setting goals or making resolutions was so hard to achieve.
I read books, listened to podcasts and even reflected on my own experiences.
You know what I came up with?

When the above happens then you can expect:
So how do you achieve this? What do you have to do?
I can’t answer that for you. I can only be one of the supports that you put in place so that you can determine the answer for yourself.
If I did the work for you then YOU would not be able to sustain it. My goal is to support you in the here and now with the intention of you implementing what you learn for the long term gain.
Will you invest in you? Will you invest the time to get yourself emotionally healthy?
